Isabelle is an executive vice-president, associate partner and heads the Landscape Architecture team. She advocates a structured and pragmatic approach and leads and coordinates her team to design projects that enhance and integrate with the landscape. With her thoughtful and results-oriented methods, she offers clients human-scale spaces and nourishes her team’s creative spirit.

Drawing on her vast experience acquired during large-scale projects as a development designer and project manager, Edith Normandeau has developed an expertise in urban design and the development of recreational and public green spaces.

Edith’s projects have a unique character because she focuses on the atmosphere of the sites and the appropriation of the places by the public and is sensitive to environmental concerns. In her role as Landscape Architect and vice-president for the East of Quebec, she designs various spaces by integrating the natural and cultural elements of the site in a perspective of sustainable development, universal accessibility, and motor skills development .

An experienced landscape architect, Carole Labrecque has many years of experience in the municipal field, designing parks, public squares and streets. She also has extensive residential and institutional landscape architecture and large-scale project management experience.

As Project Manager in the Landscape Architecture team, she ensures that quality urban design solutions are proposed while ensuring that clients’ needs are met at all stages of the process.  Carole is as a very talented architect defined by her creativity, professionalism, and tact.

Guy Tremblay is a landscape architect with a long and rich experience as a planning professional, which he acquired in the private consulting field. He has worked, as a project manager or collaborator, on a wide variety of studies and mandates, of various scales and in different environments, both urban and natural.

As a senior director in the Landscape Architecture team, Guy is responsible for designing functional outdoor spaces that provide memorable experiences for their users. His rigorous design process and keen interest in sustainable development allow him to create landscapes that are not only beautiful, but also at the forefront of ecological transition issues.

With over thirty years of professional practice, including eight in the municipal world and over twenty as a founding partner of her firm, Catherine Rioux has a unique, extensive and diversified experience in land use planning. Both here and abroad, she has played a leadership role in the multidisciplinary teams of numerous projects.

Her keen interests in sustainable development, innovation and context-sensitive interventions inform her professional practice in creating human-scale, resilient environments. As a senior director on the Landscape Architecture team, Catherine brings stakeholders together to propose winning solutions to her clients.

Marc-Antoine Vallée is an urban planner, urban designer, and LEED accredited professional. He’s garnered diversified experience over the many years he’s worked in the field and participated in the planning, design, and implementation of numerous development projects in the public and private sectors.

As an associate partner and executive vice-president in charge of the Urban Design team, Marc-Antoine has contributed to developing many master plans and urban planning tools and has led several large-scale real estate and site development projects. Recognized for his professional rigour, he proposes creative solutions infused with a realistic and strategic vision  to his clients while respecting their objectives. A multidisciplinary professional, Marc-Antoine knows how to integrate the necessary expertise to add significant value to his projects.

The passion he devotes to his practice and his involvement in the various stages of his projects guarantee the high quality of everything he undertakes.

Along with complementary professional skills in architecture and urban planning, Gaëtan Laurin has extensive expertise and a solid grasp of the various aspects of his profession. As an accomplished creator of living environments, he’s collaborated on many iconic site enhancement and requalification projects in Quebec and abroad over the past 20 years.

As Senior Director in the Urban Design team, he leads projects of different scales. Drawing on his extraordinary creativity and skills, he creates living environments on a human scale.

Cédric Proulx is a landscape architect and urban designer with over 18 years of experience in the field, including 10 years at BC2. He is known for is capacity of collaborating within multidisciplinary teams, his attention to detail and his ability to translate his client’s visions into tangible and lasting solutions.

As a Senior director for the Urban Design team, his input typically begins at the conceptual stage, through the production of presentation sketches, and continues through to the final stage of technical plans and specifications. He leads a variety of mandates, ranging from the elaboration of recreational and tourism enhancement studies to urban development projects.

In a career spanning over 25 years, Sylvain Gariépy has worked on a wide range of complex urban projects. As a project manager and consultant, he’s worked in multidisciplinary groups for municipalities of various sizes, government organizations, and private clients.

Sylvain has developed an expertise in public participation that he puts to good use in all the projects he manages as executive vice-president, associate partner of BC2’s Urban Planning and Public Participation team.

During her many years in the recreational and institutional development field, Marilyne Tremblay has worked on various projects. With the expertise she’s developed, she handily conciliates development objectives with operational realities.

As a principal director for the Public Participation and Sports, leisure and recreational tourism teams, Marilyne leverages a strategy that considers projects’ entire life cycle, from conception to profitability and operational feasibility. She advocates for an approach that includes stakeholders and carries out a variety of urban and rural projects at various planning scales.

Active in the recreational tourism, sports, and leisure sector for over 30 years, Dany Bouchard has made a name for himself by holding management positions in major recreation and tourism centres. He’s also carried out various projects that have received Grands prix du tourisme awards.

His love of the outdoors and the extensive know-how he’s acquired over the course of his career give him a comprehensive understanding of the mandates entrusted to him as vice-president of the Sports, Leisure, and Recreational Tourism team. His expertise covers sports and recreational infrastructure and business plan development.

Vincent Renaud has worked as a consultant, business developer, and manager of recreational and tourism projects, programs, and equipment.

An avid skier, Vincent had the opportunity to represent Canada on the Canadian Masters Alpine Ski Team nine times. Today, as vice-president of the Sports, Leisure and Recreational Tourism team, he combines this love of sport with his knowledge to develop feasibility studies as well as functional and technical programs, and to support his clients in the supervising of projects and the management of sports and recreational facilities.

Early in her career, Marie-Pierre McDonald had the opportunity to live and work in Nunavik. This career-defining experience gave her a better understanding of Indigenous peoples’ issues, needs, and values.

Marie-Pierre is the vice-president, associate partner of the Inter-Nation Collaboration team and works closely with several Indigenous communities and government agencies on complex planning (strategic, economic, recreation and tourism, and housing), development and regulatory projects. Her inclusive collaboration methods ensure optimal management of the various projects entrusted to her and allow her to develop adapted solutions.

Mona Belleau works as Principal Director of Community Support and Indigenous Cultural Safety at BC2’s Quebec City office. She has nearly 20 years of experience with various Indigenous organizations, as well as in the fields of Governance, Population Surveys, Communications, Ethics, and Community Engagement. She holds a multidisciplinary degree in Indigenous Studies, Tourism Development Administration and Public Communications. Besides having extensive experience working with First Nations and Inuit, she has also worked internationally with the Māori of New Zealand and the Cook Islands.

Faten Kikano works as a Principal Director with the BC2 Inter-Nation Collaboration Team. She holds a PhD in the built environment from Université de Montréal. She is an expert in international migration, sheltering and housing policies, and power asymmetries and governance in vulnerable human settlements. She is proficient in editing, peer-reviewed publishing, and lecturing. She has led several government-funded projects on inclusive spaces, homelessness, climate change adaption, and citizen empowerment. Faten is the chair of Architecture Sans Frontières International. Her expertise offers an opportunity for developing inclusive policies and approaches that lead to spatial and environmental equity.

A meticulous graphic designer and thoughtful collaborator, Julie Avé has coordinated a variety of innovative and creative projects throughout her career. Her career path has allowed her to hone her creative skills as well as develop her project management abilities.

As the Head of the Graphic Design and Territorial Branding team, Julie has a keen understanding of the entire creative process and manages it effectively, thanks to her diverse background. Together with her team, she creates compelling graphic languages that are conceptually coherent. Her exceptional commitment and love for design yields creative solutions tailored to clients’ needs.
