  1. PURPOSE
    The purpose of this policy is to define the measures implemented by BC2 Group Conseil Inc. to ensure the protection of personal data in accordance with current legislation, including Bill 25.
  2. COLLECTION OF PERSONAL DATA
    We only collect personal data that is necessary for specific purposes, and we undertake to obtain the explicit consent of the individual prior to any data collection.
  3. USE OF PERSONAL DATA
    The personal data collected will only be used for the legitimate and specific purposes for which it was obtained. No information will be used for purposes other than those for which consent was given.
  4. RETENTION OF PERSONAL DATA
    Personal data will be kept only for as long as is necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, in accordance with current legislation.

    We have implemented appropriate security measures to protect personal data against loss, unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration and destruction.
  2. ACCESS TO AND CORRECTION OF PERSONAL DATA
    We allow individuals to access their personal data and correct it if it is inaccurate. Access and correction requests will be processed in accordance with applicable legislation.
  3. DISCLOSURE OF PERSONAL DATA TO THIRD PARTIES
    Personal data will only be disclosed to third parties in compliance with applicable legislation and with the consent of the individual concerned, unless disclosure is required by law.
  4. RESPONSIBILITY AND COMPLIANCE
    BC2 Groupe Conseil inc. has designated an in- dividual to oversee compliance with this Policy and applicable legislation: Olivier Perron-Collins, President of BC2, has been appointed Privacy Officer.

This Policy will be reviewed from time to time to ensure that it continues to comply with the law and best practices.
