Strategically located on Carrefour Boulevard, near Daniel-Johnson Boulevard and Chomedey Boulevard, Central Parc is a new real estate development consisting of six residential towers, ranging in height from 15 to 22 stories. This project aims to create a true community in this central sector where uses are mixed, including institutional, commercial, office and residential.
Built in perfect harmony with its surroundings, the site will retain a significant area of high quality natural value which will remain accessible to the residents of the development.
Access to the site is through a strategically placed private road that serves the entire project and runs along the site’s perimeter. The towers will be located around a natural park of mature trees covering an area of approximately 3850 m2.
BC2 was mandated to accompany Groupe Saroukian in the approval of its “Central Parc Laval” real estate development project. The project was designed in close collaboration with the architectural firm Forme Studio and the developer, as well as the City of Laval, to present a project that meets the City’s densification objectives for its central sector.
